Our military family had one week to find an ideal house when we came to Arizona in 2005.  After a frustrating day with another Realtor we contacted Betty.  After the first call we knew we had found the right Realtor.

Tonight I write to you from a magical place that my two year old still calls "Betty's house."  The name is appropriate because without Betty Souers we couldn't have dreamed big enough to imagine ourselves here.  My husband and I purchased our dream home in Historic Litchfield Park in December of 2005.  Betty showed remarkable patience and empathy as she took us back to see it time and again.  (Six visits in all before we committed to purchase).  Her knowledge of the Park was outstanding.  We felt prepared and knowledgeable when we purchased our 50 year old ranch house.
